At Pilgrim's Europe, our people really make the difference. We're looking for a commercially focused and analytically strong Operations Finance Analyst to support our Noon site at Windmill Lane.

This is a key site-based finance role where you'll provide meaningful insight, robust reporting, and financial control to support the delivery of the site and Chilled Meals strategy. If you enjoy turning numbers into actionable insights and working closely with operational teams, this could be the perfect opportunity.

You will take ownership of Cost of Sales and Overheads reporting for the Windmill Lane site, ensuring accurate financial performance reporting and strong cost control.

Working closely with site management and central finance, you'll provide analysis and insight that supports decision-making, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with statutory and internal standards.

• Prepare and post monthly journals, providing clear performance insights
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and attend monthly review meetings, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Deliver accurate Cost of Sales reporting, analysing variances to budget and forecast
• Produce and distribute weekly Yield reports (internal and external) and Product Price Variance analysis
• Reconcile reports to the General Ledger, including GRIR accounts and supplier statements
• Support annual budget preparation, forecasts and year-end accounts
• Produce weekly and daily labour performance KPIs
• Review site overheads and post accruals to ensure accurate reporting
• Ensure SAP standard costs align with approved budgets and system settings
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
• Actively support site projects to drive performance improvement
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to site and central finance teams

• Strong analytical and numerical capability with solid management accounting knowledge
• Experience with in FMCG or manufacturing environment (desirable)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office capability
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Results-driven with strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight weekly reporting deadlines
• Strong communication and influencing skills across a matrix organisation
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
