Receptionist

Salary: £16,424.10 per annum

Permanent, Part Time

Hours:

25 hours per week

Shift Pattern:
The applicant will have to accommodate 2 shift patterns (one week - the morning shift will be from 07:00 to 13:00, and the following week, the afternoon shift will be from 13:00 to 18:00)

Location:

MOD Abbey Wood, Bristol, Bristol, England, BS34 8JH

• Providing reception services as the first point of contact for general inquiries and all persons wishing to enter the facility.
• Assisting with the controlled access of entitled personnel onto the site, as well as helping at the visitor car park when required.
• Other reasonable tasks may be assigned, such as covering for other team members and performing building management and access control duties.
• Active promotion of a safe working culture and adherence to health and safety procedures, processes, and laws.

• Reliable, trustworthy, competent, and physically fit; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to use their initiative; highly responsive to company and customer needs.
• Proactive, consistent approach with the ability to multitask; working knowledge of health and safety requirements; effective interpersonal communication skills; flexible with shifting priorities; good customer-facing abilities; basic IT literacy in Microsoft applications.
