Join the Screwfix team in Bristol, England. As a Retail Supervisor you’ll play a vital role in leading the team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

• Host – act as the team leader, setting a positive example in-store and supporting staff.
• Maintain store standards – ensure smooth cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management.
• Be part of a supportive team – collaborate, maintain a high standard, and enjoy working together.

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager managing a small, fast‑paced team.
• Adept at providing outstanding customer service and translating it into sales.
• Inquisitive, proactive and continuously seeking improvement.
• Passionate about the brand and responsive to customer needs.
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hard‑working.
