Location: Bedminster
Hours per Week: 39
Shift pattern: Full-time – flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends (to be discussed at interview)
Salary: £30,450 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. No two days are the same here at Savers, and the ideal candidate will create a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment that inspires store teams to deliver exceptional results. You will develop your staff’s skills and connect with the local community to build important relationships.

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service objectives.

• Develop training plans to upskill staff.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Manage store operations, ensuring excellent visual merchandising and product availability.

• Represent the company in the local community and support outreach initiatives.

• 1+ year of retail management experience
• Excellent delegation skills
• Ability to build routines and identify opportunities to maximize sales
