Card Factory is looking for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store at Broadmead, Bristol.

12+ hours per week

Support your Store Manager, keep the team motivated, and ensure every customer leaves with exactly what they came for. When the Store Manager is away, step up to keep things running smoothly with confidence and care.

Play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the store—creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success. Lead by example, bring the Card Factory Way to life, support others’ growth, drive store initiatives, keep communication flowing, and monitor numbers to keep the team thriving.
