Job Title: Kitchen Porter
Location: Unilever 100VE, 100 Victoria Embankment, Blackfriars, London
Salary: £13.89 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Fixed Term – 6 Months
We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and proactive Kitchen Porter to join our catering team at Unilever 100VE in Blackfriars. As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be an essential part of the back‑of‑house operation, helping maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and able to work without supervision in a busy kitchen environment.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in all kitchen and service areas.
- Operate dishwashers and ensure all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation as required.
- Work in compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
- Reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen or catering role is desirable but not essential.
- Willing to learn and adapt to a busy environment.
