Cafe Supervisor role ation:
Press Café Bristol. Salary: £27,000. - Barista Experience - crafting amazing coffees, delicious drinks and upselling to all guests
- Food Service Experience - serving food to a high standard and meeting guests' needs; working with chefs and other team members
- Event Experience - delivering exceptional hospitality to high-profile clients that expect excellence
- Supervision and Training - recruit, train, and supervise catering team (servers, chefs, and support personnel); set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance
- Quality Control - monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards; address and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Logistics Management - coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies; oversee event flow including food service, beverage distribution, and guest interactions; manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests; handle inquiries, requests, and dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy; solicit feedback to continuously improve catering services
- Previous experience commensurate with the role
- Passion for food and customer service
- Enjoy supervising, training, and supporting a team
- Understanding of delegation and influencing skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and high attention to detail
- Concise and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented mindset
