Chef de Partie – Bristol, BS8

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established education catering operation in Bristol to join their full‑time kitchen team.

• £29,578 per year
• 40 hours per week, 52‑week contract
• Fair, transparent rota system – every other weekend off, no more than 4 consecutive days worked

Contract:

40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, 2‑week rolling rota. 4 days off every 14 days, every other weekend off. Shift times: earliest start 06:00, latest finish 20:00.

• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
• Work across sections as required
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
• Support smooth service delivery
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working structured rotas
