Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Hotel du Vin Avon Gorge, Bristol, United Kingdom

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Rate: £12.65 per hour (per week)

Employment type: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role

You will supervise a team in a fresh food, high‑volume restaurant environment, delivering celebrity service and creating memorable experiences for guests. This role offers an opportunity to develop towards a Head of Department position within The Avon Gorge.

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fresh food, high‑volume restaurant.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Passion for food, wine and cocktails.
