Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in overseeing a diverse residential portfolio. The role is office-based, focusing on compliance, maintenance coordination, and tenant/landlord communications.

• Manage reactive maintenance requests and instruct contractors
• Liaise with block managers regarding communal issues
• Process checkout reports and manage deposit returns
• Ensure compliance across the portfolio, including certification renewals
• Coordinate invoices and liaise with the finance team
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both tenants and landlords

• 1-2 years property management experience
• Confident handling tenancy deposit returns and negotiations
• Process and compliance driven with strong attention to detail
• Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• £28,000 salary + monthly bonuses
