Pro Staff Construction Ltd are working with a growing new build housing developer who is looking to strengthen their land team with the appointment of an experienced Land Buyer.

With ambitious growth plans and a strong pipeline of residential projects, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing success and expansion of the business.

The Role

As Land Buyer, you will take the lead in identifying and securing land opportunities for residential development. This role requires a commercially astute individual with a strong network and a proven ability to deliver deals from initial approach through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, negotiate, and secure land opportunities across the South West and Midlands

* Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, promoters, and local authorities

* Lead land appraisals, financial modelling, and due diligence

* Prepare and present offers, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with business objectives

* Work closely with Directors, Planning, and Technical teams to progress sites into development

* Monitor planning policy, market trends, and competitor activity

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Land Buyer / Senior Land Buyer, ideally with a residential developer

* Strong track record of sourcing and securing residential land

* Excellent market knowledge and established regional contacts

* Commercially focused with strong negotiation and communication skills

* Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously
