, part of the Connells Group, we’re looking for a commercially minded and forward-thinking Land Manager to join our growing Land & New Homes division across Bristol.

As a Land Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and acquiring land opportunities for residential development. Your insight and market knowledge will help shape the region’s future housing pipeline, while your ability to build trusted relationships with landowners, developers, and planning consultants will position you as a go-to expert. You’ll be responsible for managing the full land acquisition process — from initial appraisal through to agreement — ensuring that every opportunity supports our growth and aligns with developer demand.

• Full UK driving licence
