With continued growth across the region, they are now looking to strengthen their Shirehampton office with an experienced lettings specialist.
Role OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and busy branch. The role can be tailored depending on experience, with scope to focus on winning instructions, carrying out valuations, and driving new business, while also remaining involved in the lettings process where required.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, building strong landlord and tenant relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Key Duties- Conduct rental market appraisals and secure new lettings instructions
- Proactively generate and win new business opportunities
- Manage and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants
- Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and local market conditions
- Oversee the lettings process from instruction through to move-in
- Negotiate tenancy terms to achieve the best outcomes for landlords and tenants
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
- Represent the branch professionally within the local market
- Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lister
- Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Good local market knowledge of Bristol and North Somerset
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Basic salary of £28,000 + OTE £32,000

- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a weekday off in lieu)
