Senior Lettings Negotiator – haart Bristol Team
We’re looking for an ambitious property professional to join the haart Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, strengthen your leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Benefits- Complete on-target earnings exceeding £45,000 per year
- Basic Salary of £18,000
- Performance Related Bonus of £750 for your first 2 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline

- Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Experience assessing/valuing properties for the market
- Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
- Focusing on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area, door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
- Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (per Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Proof of right to work:
Passport/Birth Certificate - Proof of address
- National Insurance number
- Driving Licence Check
