Senior Lettings Negotiator – haart Bristol Team

We’re looking for an ambitious property professional to join the haart Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, strengthen your leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

• Complete on-target earnings exceeding £45,000 per year
• Basic Salary of £18,000
• Performance Related Bonus of £750 for your first 2 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Experience assessing/valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• Focusing on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area, door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
• Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (per Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• Proof of right to work:
  Passport/Birth Certificate
• Proof of address
• National Insurance number
• Driving Licence Check
