The RoleAs a Commercial Property Management Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for a diverse portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for all property management matters. You'll enjoy regular site visits and the chance to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Supported by an experienced team, you'll have the autonomy and trust to manage privately held commercial properties for long-standing clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management- Manage commercial investment properties across the wider Bristol region.
- Conduct inspections and prepare service charge budgets.
- Ensure landlord services and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with tenants and oversee rent and charge collection.
- Arrange maintenance and manage insurance cover.
- Notify clients of rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Support new business generation and cross‑selling.
- Deliver timely reporting and attend client meetings.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify PR opportunities and contribute to service improvements.
- Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards).
- Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient under pressure with strong time management.
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office and relevant packages).
- Full UK driving licence.
