About the Role

As a valued member of our dynamic fitting team, you’ll play a hands-on role in converting all types of light commercial vehicles to exact customer specifications. Working with leading brands, with every project being that bit different, whether fitting lightweight racking systems or advanced electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • The installation of racking systems and accessories to commercial vehicles as below:
    • racking units
    • flooring
    • liners
    • Advanced electrical components / Connections / Testing
    • roof equipment
  • Ensure all quality standards are met
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Adherence to company health & safety procedures
  • The installation of various electrical components to customers vehicles including sat navs, cameras, beacons, inverters, parking sensors etc.
  • Running wiring looms to wiring specification
  • Fault finding
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Adherence to company health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Lead by example with high performance, commitment, flexibility, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Build strong working relationships, promote team participation, and support or coach colleagues.
  • Communicate requirements clearly, handle difficult situations confidently, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Drive efficiency and improvement by generating new ideas, staying updated with best practices, using technology for tracking, and maintaining momentum on initiatives.
