London Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented PAT Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing electrical appliances and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities Conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on a variety of electrical devices in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation of all inspections performed.

Identify any faults or safety issues during testing and report findings promptly to the relevant department. Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained properly to guarantee accurate results. Assist in the development and review of testing procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. Support the team in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols during testing procedures.

Requirements Proven experience or strong interest in quality assurance, electrical safety, or related fields. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret test data accurately. Good organisational skills to manage multiple tests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or training in PAT testing are desirable but not essential;

training will be provided for suitable candidates. Strong communication skills to document findings clearly and effectively. A proactive attitude towards health and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance.
