Bristol, Midlands to South Coast (home‑based with travel)

SalaryCompetitive £30,000–£50,000+ (DOE, based on experience)

Role – Arboricultural Consultant / Tree SurveyorYou will be part of a supportive consultancy team working on a wide range of projects, including:
- Tree surveys for development, planning and risk management
- Producing high‑quality surveys and reports for a variety of clients
- Advising clients on tree health, safety and management
- Working alongside planners, architects, engineers and ecologists
- Contributing to the delivery of innovative and sustainable tree management solutions
- A qualification in arboriculture, forestry or a related discipline (Level 3 minimum; Level 4/5 or degree desirable)
- Tree surveying skills (experience with BS5837 surveys an advantage)
- Professional Tree Inspection – LANTRA
- Knowledge of tree risk assessment (VALID, QTRA, TRAQ or similar beneficial)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, professional approach, with enthusiasm for continued learning
- A full UK driving licence
- For experienced consultants: a track record of delivering consultancy projects, client management and mentoring skills will be valued
- For graduates/early‑career candidates: full training, mentoring and CPD will be provided to support your development
