The Mission This is a defining role for a high-calibre nursing professional seeking to transition from a clinical setting to the pinnacle of private care. You will provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a prestigious vessel. Your workspace will be the sun-drenched waters of the Mediterranean , with a cruising itinerary that includes the exclusive harbours of Ibiza, Marbella, the Algarve, and the Greek Islands .

The Team You will integrate into a sophisticated medical hierarchy led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialist Physiotherapists. You will work alongside a highly competent team of Western-trained nurses, ensuring a collaborative environment where clinical standards are never compromised.

The Safety Patient safety and nurse vitality are prioritised through a robust double-nurse shift system . This structure ensures you have the support of a colleague during clinical hours and ample opportunity to recharge and explore the ports of call during your downtime.

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Experience: 4+ years of solid Acute Care experience (ICU, ER, or A&E) is mandatory.

Language: Native or C1 English proficiency.

Attributes: Exceptional clinical judgment, high adaptability, and the discretion required for VIP private service.

Leave: 30 days leave per year.
