Lead Nurse

Overview

One of our desirable practices in Bristol is looking to take on a new Lead Nurse
, on a permanent basis.

Join this well-established, single site practice, serving a patient population of around 15,000, based just outside of Bristol. It’s a bright and airy place to work, filled with positivity and a welcoming clinical team.

The role itself is full-time ideally, however part-time hours can be discussed and agreed, if that is your preference. As the Lead Nurse, you will be a well-established practice nurse with a solid clinical background, as well as hold experience in developing practice services, managing a clinical team, and general knowledge of internal HR procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to expand on your clinical and managerial career, by growing your nursing team and furthering the needs of the practice.

As the successful candidate you will hold experience in:

• Proven leadership/managerial experience within a clinical setting
• Diabetes or Respiratory Diploma (DESIRABLE)
• Prescribing Qualification (DESIRABLE)
• General treatment room skills, including Cytology, Baby/Travel Immunisations, Vaccinations, etc.
