Neonatal ICU Nurse – Permanent

Job location:

East of England, United Kingdom.

Deliver nursing care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients.

• 10 years of schooling before entering the Nursing programme
• Degree in Nursing (BSc, MSc, PhD)
• Professional registration in the country of practice

• Intermediate level with intent to take IELTS or OET test
• IELTS: minimum 7.0 (listening, speaking, reading) and 6.5 (writing)
• OET: minimum B (listening, speaking, reading) and C+ (writing)

Minimum 6+ months in NICU nursing.

• Complete NMC registration:
  Part 1 (CBT, online) and Part 2 (OSCE within 6 months)
• Success expected to be employed under the NMC registration.

• OSCE, NMC registration, Visa costs, Travel expenses, Accommodation (up to 3 months)

• CBT (£83)
  NMC Application (£140)
• NMC Registration (£153)

Pre-NMC registration: £21,800 (Band
4)

Post-NMC registration: £25,900 (Band
5) – £31,360 (Band
6)

Successful candidates will be employed as Band 3 with a pay rise opportunity (Band
5) upon passing OSCE, potentially as soon as 3 months.
