Treatment Room Nurse

Overview

An opportunity has arisen to join a forward thinking, friendly teaching practice on the outskirts of Bristol. The Orchard Medical Centre are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Treatment Room Nurse to join our friendly nursing team within a dynamic and progressive primary care environment. The role would suit an experienced treatment room nurse looking to join a fresh supportive team or a registered nurse looking to develop a career within primary care.

The role involves actively managing a caseload of patients autonomously. This will include wound care, vaccinations, health promotion, health checks, and cervical cytology. Please see job description for full details.

The post is for 16 hours per week. This can be covered over 2 or 3 days and will ideally include a Monday and Thursday, but can be negotiated for the right candidate.

We also form part of the larger Network 4 PCN. We are a training practice and we strongly encourage and support our staff to develop.
