Custody to Community Key Worker (Secondment)
Salary: £28,266 per annum, pro-rata
Location: HMP New Hall
Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)
Contract: Until 31st December 2026
Closing date: Wednesday 11th March 2026, 12PM (noon)
Interview date: Friday 20th March 2026
Together Women is looking for an outstanding key worker to lead on the custody to community pathway for women leaving prison.
The Custody to Community Key Worker will deliver structured one-to-one sessions to support women to build confidence and overcome barriers for release. A key element of the role is to organise through the gate support by facilitating in-reach appointments with our community key workers, and utilise our peer mentor programme.
