TSA Surveying are proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking Building Consultancy in their search for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving energy efficiency across social housing and domestic properties, making a real difference in people's lives and the environment we live in.

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and assessing domestic dwellings across multiple PAS 2035 projects. You'll oversee everything from planning and risk management to delivery, ensuring all projects meet quality and compliance standards.

• Managing and supervising retrofit coordination and assessment of domestic dwellings under multiple PAS 2035 projects.
• Preparing and/or commissioning compliant surveys, risk assessments, and medium-term improvement plans.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and administering projects to meet the requirements of funding bodies and consortiums.
• Liaising with retrofit professionals – including Assessors, Advisors, Designers, and Installers as well as residents.
• Setting clear project targets and managing budgets effectively.

We're looking for someone passionate about sustainability, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (qualified Retrofit Coordinator).
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent retrofit projects within the domestic energy efficiency or social housing sector.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
• Confident using the MS Office suite, including MS Project (or equivalent).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
