We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Senior Communications and Marketing Manager to strengthen Ospreys market position and drive sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you will ensure Osprey is clearly understood, trusted and visible to key decision-makers across priority sectors. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to identify and priority growth markets and oversee an organisation wide communications and marketing strategy.
You will ensure that Ospreys capabilities, culture and achievements are communicated clearly both externally and internally.
- Strengthen Ospreys visibility and reputation across priority sectors, ensuring we are clearly understood, trusted and front of mind with key decision makers
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to identify high value growth markets and shape the strategic focus for the business
- Lead the creation and delivery of an organisation wide communications and marketing strategy aligned to business and commercial objectives
- Provide strategic communications advice to senior leaders, highlighting opportunities, risks and recommended messaging
- Ensure our brand is consistently represented across all channels and update the brand information to reflect recent achievements
- Manage the marketing budget and make data driven recommendations to enhance performance and ROI
- Experience working with Creatio or a similar CRM system
- Strong strategic capability with the experience to identify market segments that represent sustainable growth opportunities
- Track record of creating, implementing and optimising organisation wide communications and marketing strategy
- Experience providing strategic counsel to senior leaders, including navigating communications risks and opportunities
- Exceptional content creation skills across case studies, thought leadership, video, photography and digital assets
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data, insight and performance metrics to shape marketing activity and prioritise resources
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, project driven environment
