As the business enters an exciting new phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a Paid Search Specialist to take ownership of paid search performance and play a pivotal role in scaling the brand. This is a senior, hands-on role where youll have full technical ownership of paid media performance across Google Ads and other key platforms, with real influence over strategy, testing, and commercial outcomes.

About You:

Extensive hands-on experience in paid media within performance-led environments Proven experience owning paid search performance end to end in a commercial setting Strong technical expertise across Google Ads Demonstrable ability to manage and optimise large budgets while balancing commercial risk A structured, data-led approach to testing, efficiency improvement, and ROI optimisation Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues such as intent drift, auction pressure, and inefficient account structures Confidence communicating performance insights, recommendations, and trade-offs to stakeholders Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including SEO, Content and Design Bonus Points Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certs
