Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across our product range. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution – ideal for a marketing professional passionate about healthcare, dentistry or orthodontics.
The successful candidate will take ownership of brand development and management of digital and print marketing, helping to strengthen our position as the trusted choice for orthodontic professionals.
The position is based in our Bristol office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales across the UK.
- Manage content creation for product brochures, special offers, print and digital marketing, website updates, adverts, courses, and exhibition materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional offers.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI reporting.
- Degree in Marketing or Business.
- Proven experience as a hands‑on Marketing Manager or similar role across B2B, preferably within the dental, or healthcare supply industry.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, fast‑paced team.
- Strong creative ability and judgement with attention to detail.
- Effective organisational and project management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.
- Fluency in English.
