The Role:

Commercial Brand Architect

We’re hiring a Head of Brand & Content - a strategic storyteller and hands‑on builder who can

scale Jugo’s brand impact across every touchpoint, from awareness to retention.

You’ll lead all brand and content development, drive narrative consistency, and work closely with our Head of Growth Marketing and agency partner (Babel) to fuel the entire customer lifecycle - from demand gen to advocacy.

You’ll also act as PR and Comms guardian in this early stage - owning earned media and visibility until we bring on a dedicated PR lead in 2027.

This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role that influences marketing, product, sales, success, and creative. You’ll shape how Jugo shows up to the world - and help make us unmissable.

What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & Narrative
  • Define and evolve Jugo’s brand positioning, voice, and tone across all channels
  • Create messaging frameworks by persona, vertical, and lifecycle stage
  • Ensure brand consistency across functions and customer experiences
  • Champion a distinctive, human‑first narrative in a crowded SaaS space
  • Build and own the content roadmap: blog, email, social, video, long‑form, and more
  • Deliver content across the full lifecycle - from TOFU to retention and expansion
  • Write, commission, and edit high‑quality content assets
  • Optimise content for engagement, search, performance, and brand fit
Campaigns & Demand Alignment
  • Partner with Growth to co‑create high‑impact campaigns
  • Translate GTM priorities into content that converts
  • Align messaging across paid media, ABM, nurture, and product launches
PR & Thought Leadership (Interim)
  • Act as interim PR lead in collaboration with Babel
  • Own earned media strategy, exec comms, and thought leadership platforms
  • Drive visibility through media, speaking opps, and contributor content
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Product Marketing to translate features into meaningful stories
  • Enable Sales and Success with tools: case studies, decks, guides, scripts
  • Partner with Design to maintain brand quality and creative integrity
About You
  • Are a confident brand and content leader with strategic and executional range
  • Have 6–10 years in B2B SaaS, consumer tech, or storytelling‑heavy roles
  • Know how to scale a brand system - not just deliver one‑offs
  • Have led agency relationships and creative output at speed
  • Understand content’s role across the commercial funnel
  • Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments
  • Write exceptionally well and care deeply about craft
