Specialist Cleaning Operative

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the manufacturing facility.
• Perform cleaning tasks around production equipment.
• Follow health & safety procedures.
• Support team operations.
• Respond to cleaning requirements that minimize operational disruption.

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow established health & safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete confined space training and other safety certifications.
• Physical stamina for demanding cleaning tasks.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

• BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent professional certification.

Based on our client site at Rolls‑Royce, Filton, Bristol BS34.

40 hours Monday to Friday (day shift) 7 – 15:30, with overtime on weekends available.
