I'm recruiting for an experienced Surface Mount Operative to help a busy team run their Europlacer machines. This role is ideal for someone looking for a supportive and friendly atmosphere, with the chance to learn and develop as you grow with the business.

• Operate and maintain automated assembly equipment
• Assemble PCBs in line with Quality standards
• Assist with product inspection
• Manage machine operation, setup and line maintenance

• Experience in Surface Mount Technology
• A positive and team‑orientated attitude
• Full right to work in the UK
