Junior Production Planning Administrator

Location:

Bristol
Salary: £13.22 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
(60-minute unpaid break, 40 paid hours per week)

Contract:

Temporary to Permanent (12-week temp period)

About the Role
This is a junior, office-based role within the production planning team. The job focuses on admin tasks that support the manufacturing process, such as turning customer orders into clear work instructions for the production team.
You will be using computers, learning an ERP system, producing job cards and labels, and handling emails. You may also need to make short visits to the shop floor to speak with supervisors or production staff.
This role is suitable for:
 
* Someone moving from a manufacturing or production role into an office-based job, or
 
* Someone already working in an office role who wants more variety and to be involved in manufacturing processes
