Manufacturing ​/ Production Operative

As an Operative, you’ll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor.

You’ll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping — all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.

Due to the site’s location, having your own transport is highly recommended.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Achieving daily production targets
• Recording and reporting quality data
• Loading / unloading products from plant and vehicles
• Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site

The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment. In addition, experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial to your application :

• Good communication skills and strong numeracy
• A mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Previous experience with manual handling
