Full-time | Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:00am

Our client, a major international packaging manufacturer, is expanding their night shift team at their Wellington site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company offering long-term career development, excellent training, and a supportive team environment.

• Operate and set up advanced production machinery
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Follow a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative

• Night Shift Rate: £14.10/hour then raised to £15.50 after learning the machines.
• Overtime:
  Paid attime and a half
  • £21.15/£23.25 (post training) per hour for any hours worked beyond standard shift times
