Hire Manager – Bristol – Wolseley Infrastructure

• Managing a team of 4 Engineers, 2 Hire Coordinators, and a team of drivers, ensuring the Hire division of the business is running smoothly
• Liaising with customers via phone and email to ensure orders are taken correctly, and contracts have been uploaded into the system
• Ensuring drivers send and collect the correct plant equipment on time and send engineers on-site to fix equipment
• People management including 1:1s, reviews and interviewing

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am – 4.00pm.

• Hire experience is essential
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
• People management experience is desirable
• Comfortable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
