Job Description About this Opportunity

As a Culture Transformation Lead, you have a pivotal role in accelerating cultural change across the Group. You embed new ways of working across LBG to prepare the organisation for the future. You will lead signature culture programs that deeply shift how 70,000 colleagues deliver impact and feel about working here. You will draw on your experience of leading culture transformation, innovation and design thinking, systems thinking, and experimental approaches to influence behavioural, structural, and experiential change at scale.

You will work across HR, Strategy, technology platforms, and Business Units to diagnose cultural challenges, co‑design interventions, and shape conditions that enable a high-performance culture, and colleague engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise level cultural transformation programmes, to shift attitudes, behaviours, and systems.
  • Apply deep expertise in design thinking to diagnose challenges, generate insights, and prototype solutions that enhance colleague experience and cultural effectiveness.
  • Translate sophisticated organisational insights, colleague sentiment, and strategic priorities into clear culture change roadmaps and interventions that activate colleagues at all levels.
  • Bring external inspiration, industry practices, and future of work insights to shape LBG’s cultural evolution.
  • Build positive relationships across diverse leadership, providing coaching and strategic counsel on culture change.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, mediating tensions, building consensus, and enabling cross Group alignment.
