Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Head of Surveyoring to join our clients team. This is a newly formed business which is set to grow and this is a strategic role which will suit someone looking to lead and grow a dedicated team with potential for equity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Surveying & Building repairs

• Meeting customers and signing them up.
  
  - requiring excellent people skills
• Accurate and timely surveys
• Creating schedules of work
• Pricing, cost and value
• Procurement
• Management of contractors
• Aftercare and customer satisfaction

• Work closely with Head of Claims, Operations Director and 3rd party contractors
• Manage the client process and ensure a successful completion of works
• Appoint and manage 3rd party contractors
• Ensure work is completed to insurer and clients satisfaction
