Are you a Senior Project Manager or Project Director looking for your next major scheme to lead in Bristol?

Kingston Barnes is working in partnership with a leading national Tier 1 contractor with a vast and varied secured workload across the UK. As part of their continued growth in the South West, they are looking to appoint a No1 Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of a flagship £50m+ project in Bristol.

This is a genuine leadership role with full operational responsibility.

Our client is a well established national Tier 1 contractor with a strong balance sheet, excellent governance and a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, education and complex mixed use schemes.

They are investing heavily in their regional operational team and have a secure pipeline of significant projects across the South West.

You will:

• Lead and deliver a major £50m plus scheme from pre construction through to completion
• Take full responsibility for programme, commercial performance and quality
• Manage and develop a high performing site team
• Drive health and safety standards
• Act as the key client interface
• Report directly into senior operational leadership

This is not a support role. You will be the No1 on site.

• Proven track record delivering £50m plus schemes
• Tier 1 contractor background preferred
• Strong commercial awareness

£90,000 - £100,000 basic
