Project Director

An existing client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Director, to commence a new role in Bristol.

Your new company are a leading Chartered Building Consultancy, who specialise in Construction and Project Management.

Whilst working in this role, you will lead a 35M distressed project in Bristol, which my client are tasked with completing. The project consists of 152 Apartments, 3 Commercial Units, 4 Roof Terraces, and a basement Car Park of 66 spaces, with a completion date of early 2027.

My client are looking for a candidate with a proven history of leading large schemes, ideally a Tier 1 or large Marion Contractor background, High Rise Residential experience, and where possible knowledge of Gateway Applications.
