This company has been established for over 30 years and specialises in the commercial facilities maintenance industry, providing specialist solutions across Bristol, the South West and Wales. Due to ongoing success and new contracts, they are looking to bolster their commercial contracts team.

On offer is a Contracts Manager role where you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial heating contracts from inception to completion, overseeing compliance and managing sub‑contractors as well as internal engineers.

This role would suit someone from a Commercial Gas background who has some experience with contracts / project management that is looking for the next step in their career where they can technically progress.

• Commercial contracts management

• Commercial Heating / Mechanical Services background
• Lead / Supervisor / Management experience
• Full UK driving licence
