Removals Branch Manager Salary:

Bristol Start: ASAP Take full ownership of a busy removals operation with a respected, long-established business in Bristol. This hands-on role gives you the autonomy to lead the branch day-to-day, optimise operations, drive service excellence, and develop a high-performing, safety-first team. What youll do:
Plan and manage daily schedules, allocating crews, vehicles, and materials efficiently Lead and develop the team, setting standards and driving accountability Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality operations (H&S, RAMS, vehicle/driver checks) Manage customer interactions, from surveys and quotations to issue resolution Control costs and margins, including job costing, quoting, and damage prevention What you need:
Proven removals experience with planning crews/vehicles and leading teams Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (industry systems  Microsoft 365) Hands-on leader with problem-solving ability and calm decision-making under pressure Full UK driving licence; C1/C or CPC a plus Why youll love this role:
