Come and make a difference at Karbon as an Asset Disposals Manager. We’re seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our Asset and Regeneration Team as the Asset Disposals Manager. This is a permanent, full‑time position based at either our Stanley or Gosforth office location.

The successful candidate will oversee the strategic delivery of all existing asset disposals including empty homes, occupied portfolios and statutory sales, leading a team to ensure we offer an efficient, professional service. They will champion a high‑quality, digital‑first, customer‑focused service while driving the existing asset sales programme forward and consistently meeting performance targets.

We’re looking for a motivated and approachable professional with demonstrable experience and a strong track record of leading a successful property sales function. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an in‑depth understanding of regulatory requirements, current and proposed legislation, alongside a commitment to providing, delivering and developing a customer‑focused service that consistently meets high standards.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners plus a range of valuers and solicitors on our framework are essential. You’ll have a results‑driven mindset, with the capability to meet and exceed performance targets.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
