Michelle Denny Recruitment is supporting an established organisation within the charity sector in South Norfolk with the appointment of a Chief Operating Officer.

This senior leadership role offers a broad operational remit, working closely with the CEO to strengthen organisational effectiveness, governance, financial oversight, and culture within a purpose-driven environment.

• Providing operational and organisational leadership
• Strengthening internal processes, systems, and controls
• Supporting financial oversight, budgeting, and reporting
• Overseeing governance, compliance, and risk
• Leading, developing, and supporting teams
• Supporting effective staff and volunteer engagement
• Translating strategy into operational delivery

We are keen to speak with experienced senior leaders who combine strong operational capability with a values-driven, people-centred leadership style.

• Senior leadership or operational management experience
• Financial and governance awareness
• Experience with in a charity, not-for-profit, CIC, or service-led organisation

Candidates from commercial or public sector backgrounds with relevant transferable skills and an affinity for purpose-led work are also welcomed.
