Practice Manager

The Registered Managers are responsible for supporting and leading our teams, driving and delivering daily performance and operations of the practice. Working hours:

Monday 08:00 - 17:00 Tuesday 09:30 - 18:30 Thursday 09:30 - 18:30 Friday 08:30 - 17:30 The role of a Registered Manager includes:
Supporting the Practice team to achieve performance targets and KPIs Driving retention and reducing team turnover Managing team performance effectively Building positive relationships with clinicians Maintaining relationships with head office, regional teams, NHS organisations, and suppliers Providing excellent patient care and implementing patient-focused initiatives Creating local commercial and marketing initiatives to support business growth Supporting recruitment, onboarding clinicians, and collaborating with HR and clinical teams Ensuring operational standards and compliance with Health & Safety regulations Performing any other reasonable tasks as assigned by your line manager What we are looking for in a Registered Manager: A commercially minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills Confidence in leading teams of various abilities Understanding of income generation and cost control Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve issues promptly Applications from successful deputy leaders in other industries are welcome Are you interested in this exciting new role?
