Overview

A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Bristol is searching for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager / R&D Senior Manager to join their team during a period of rapid growth. The opportunity provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate tax professional to increasing focus on R & D tax, alongside significant involvement in a wider spectrum of tax compliance and advisory project work delivery to corporate clients.

• Join as Corporate Tax Senior Manager / R & D Senior Manager in the Bristol offices to manage and successfully deliver specific R&D tax projects, building relationships across the teams, collaborating internally and play a key, lead role in the future development and growth of this service line within the firm.
• Involvement in the delivery and management of a wider range of compliance and advisory project work to the firm's corporate client base, covering areas such as corporate tax due diligence advice, company reorganisations, share incentive schemes, EIS, remuneration planning, complex capital allowance projects, shareholder and employment tax related advice.
• You will also have a client facing role, across business development, managing, mentoring and supporting the wider team and play a key, lead role in the future development and growth of this service line within the firm.

• You will be qualified (ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA etc) and will have focused your career within the corporate tax and/or, R&D specific tax field to date, having developed this within an independent accounting firm environment, larger Top 50 or Top Tier firm background to around the Corporate Tax Senior Manager / R & D Senior Manager levels. You will be looking to progress in your tax career within a fast growing, highly successful firm of chartered accountants.
