ABMI Engineering UK is part of a leading international engineering consultancy group with over 35 years of experience in highly regulated sectors. In the UK, we’re leveraging this expertise to support major projects within the energy industry. Our Bristol‑based team is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled engineers and consultants who want to make a real impact both technically and professionally.

- Identify and prospect new clients within the energy sector.
- Understand their challenges and match them with suitable engineering profiles.
- Build strong, trusting relationships and ensure ongoing client support and loyalty.
- Play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build and lead your team of consultants, supporting them in their career development.
- Provide personalised follow‑up, taking into account their aspirations (projects, sectors, etc.) and promote skills development through annual reviews and tailored training.
- Act as a true intrapreneur, developing and optimising your activity while leveraging the strength of a recognised group.
- Ensure the profitability of your Business Unit by implementing an effective strategy and monitoring performance indicators.

- Initial phone call, then video interview (including practical case studies) with a member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team at HOUSE OF ABY.
- Meeting (directly at the Bristol office) with your future manager, followed by an appointment with the Regional Director.
