Night Site Manager; Temporary

Position: Night Site Manager (Temporary)
Involve Recruitment are actively looking for a reliable and experienced Night Site Manager to join on a fixed-term 40-week contract. The successful candidate will take operational responsibility for the site overnight, ensuring the safe, effective, and smooth running of services outside of normal daytime hours.

This is a key leadership role, acting as the senior on-site presence at night and providing support to clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide overall operational management of the site during night shifts

* Act as the senior point of contact for escalation of incidents, staffing issues, and emergencies

* Ensure patient safety, site security, and compliance with hospital policies and procedures

* Coordinate with clinical teams, on-call managers, estates, and support services

* Complete accurate handovers and reports for daytime management teams

Essential Requirements

* Previous experience in a site management, operations, or senior supervisory role

* Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities overnight

* Good understanding of health & safety, incident management, and operational procedures
