About The Role

Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an Agency & Corrections Team Leader to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Agency & Corrections Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the business, while maintaining strong and effective relationships with external agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise a team of eight analysts responsible for agency debt management and financial corrections, supporting the wider business in resolving discrepancies, correcting financial records, and mitigating financial risk.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Agency & Corrections team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and priorities are aligned with business needs. Managing a team of eight, you will conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and appraisals, creating tailored development plans ?>
