The role of Assistant General Manager will see you take charge and guide your team forward. You will be accountable for the guests' experience within a busy environment, team development, and cooperating with the General Manager to ensure day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant run smoothly.

• Lead and motivate a team in a high‑paced environment
• Ensure guest experience and service quality standards are consistently met
• Assist in team development and performance management
• Collaborate with the General Manager on daily operational oversight
• Drive and embody the Six by Nico culture

• A natural leader with strong communication skills, able to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across departments
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency
• Strong decision‑making capabilities
• Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
