• Experience in high‑volume restaurants.
• Solid grasp of hospitality management.
• Proficiency in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ready to share your last five years of experience for a criminal record check.
