Working hours:

• Mon: 5am – 10am
• Tue: 5am – 10am
• Wed: 5am – 10am
• Thu: 5am – 10am
• Fri: 5am – 10am

• Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
• Carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards meet the required specification.
• Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client representatives, promoting the company and development of services.
• Help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of management techniques, health and safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
